From 805 startups, I have hired people, found new clients, made business referrals, connected people to financing sources, joined two non-profit boards, met city leadership which eventually led to participating in the Thousand Oaks General Plan Advisory Committee, and met people I am doing business with as partners on projects that could grow and create revenue and jobs in the city.

It's hard to name something specific - I think it's just the overall vibe. You can tell that everyone involved wants to see you succeed and is willing to work with you on making that happen. It makes you want to return in kind.
